2 c.sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 oz melted unsweetened chocolate (or 12 TBS Cocoa and 4 TBS Vegetable oil)
2 tsp vanilla
4 eggs
2 c.flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 c. powder sugar for dipping
Directions:
Directions:
Mix granulated sugar,oil,chocolate, vanilla and eggs
Mix dry ingredients and then add them to wet. Cover and Refrigerate at least 3 hours. Drop by teaspoons into powder sugar and Roll shape into balls. Place 2 inch apart. Bake 350º 10-12 minutes
