3 c. Sugar
3/4 c. Butter
5 oz Evaporated Milk
18 oz ( 1 1/2 packages) Chocolate Chips
1 7oz jar Marshmallow Cream
1 tsp Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Heat Sugar , Butter and milk to full rolling Boil in a 3 quart heavy saucepan on medium heat. Stirring Constantly until candy Thermometer reaches 234º about 4 minutes . Remove from heat stir in chocolate and marshmallow cream until melted. Stir in Vanilla. Spread immediately in Foil lined greased 9x9 pan. Cool to room temp at least 4 hours and then cut into squares. Store in airtight containers. No need to keep cold.

Sometimes I mix 1/3 c. Condensed milk with2 c. powder sugar and 1tsp mint extract and green food coloring and spread on half of fudge then top with other half for mint fudge.
