Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 46oz can tomato juice
4 chicken bouillon cubes
8 cups water
1c chopped onion
1c sliced carrots
1c diced raw potato
1 10oz peg frozen peas, corn, baby Lima beans
1/3c barley
1TBLS salt
1 bay leaf
1/2t basil
1/2t oregano
1/2t garlic powder
1/4t pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients in a large pot.
Bring to a boil over medium heat
Reduce heat and simmer for one hour or until barley is tender
Stir every 15-20 minutes
