2 c. Powder Sugar
1 c. Peanut Butter
6 TBS Butter
2 Pounds White Confectionery Coating
1 TBS Crisco

Directions:
Directions:
Combine Sugar, Butter and Peanut Butter. Shape into 1 inch balls, Place on parchment paper lined trays. Chill at least 30 minutes. Melt white coating and crisco in a double boiler. Dip balls and place on parchment paper to harden. Keep in airtight container refrigerated.

To make a double boiler, Put 1 inch of water in a pot and a glass bowl on top of it, making sure that the water does not touch the bowl. Cook over medium heat. The steam heats the bowl melting the chocolate. These are made every year for the holidays and given as gifts to teachers and coaches.
