Pheasant breasts & thighs of 3 birds
1 box of french onion soup mix - use both packets
1 cup of flour
a dash of salt
a dash of pepper
2 tbsp vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
using a plastic bag shake the pheasant in the flour, salt and pepper mixture
add oil to an electric fry pan & heat
add pheasant to the pan, brown on each side and then sprinkle french onion soup over the top
add water to cover pheasant and let simmer at 250 degrees for 4 to 5 hours, flip the pheasant periodically

you can also use chicken breasts

This is one of the best recipes that has been enjoyed at the farm on Sunday afternoons as long as I can remember. Doug got so sick of me asking him to make it he finally just told me how to do it myself - so now I'm sharing it. Easy and Delicious!
