3 c. Fresh or Frozen Fruit
1c. Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2c. Butter
3/4 c. Sugar
1/8 tsp Salt
1/4 c. Milk
3/4 c. Sugar
1 TBS Cornstarch
1 c. Boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Fruit ,3/4 c sugar and cornstarch and place into 9x9 greased pan.
For Batter combine flour,baking powder, butter,3/4 c.sugar,salt and Milk. Spread over fruit. Top with 1 c. Boiling Water. Bake @ 350º for 50 min.
