1 1/2 Pound Chicken breasts
4 carrots sliced
3 stalks of celery sliced
1 onion chopped
2 tsp Garlic chopped
1 red pepper chopped
1 package of Snap peas
1 TBS Olive oil
1 TBS Butter
salt and pepper to taste

1/2 c. Soy Sauce
1 1/2 c. Chicken Broth
1 tsp ground ginger
2 TBS corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken breasts into chunks, sauté in butter and oil 3-5 min. Add vegetables and continue to sauté 4 min. Stir together liquids , ginger and corn starch. Add to vegetables and chicken. Bring to a boil to thicken. Serve over rice.
