2 C. Flour
1/2 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Onion Powder

Eggs 2-4

Bread Crumbs1-2c.
1tsp salt
1/4tsp pepper

Optional:
Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 6 ingredients. place on a plate. On second plate whisk 2-4 eggs. on third plate mix last 3 ingredients for the Bread Crumb dredge. Variation is to add equal parts Parmesan cheese and Bread Crumbs Use with fish or chicken prior to frying or baking. Dredge in flour first , shake off excess, then dredge in Egg and finally in Bread Crumb mixture.
