1 1/2 Pounds of chicken breasts in to chunks.
1/3 c. Corn Starch
1 jar of Orange marmalade
1/2 c. Soy Sauce
2 TBS Vinegar
1/4 c. Brown sugar
1 Tbs Chopped Garlic
1 TBS grated Ginger or 1 tsp ground Ginger
Vegetable Oil for Frying

Coat chicken chunks in corn starch. Shallow fry in 1 inch of vegetable oil until golden brown. Bring all the other ingredients to a boil. Pour over cooked chicken and serve with rice.
