8 or more chicken pieces
1 onion cut in rings
1 c chili sauce
1/2 c to 3/4 c brown sugar
1 c orange juice
1/4 c vinegar
green pepper rings (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix last four ingredients well. Place chicken pieces in shallow baking dish. Cover with mixture. Top with onion rings. Cover pan tightly with foil. Bake at 350ºF for at least one hour or until chicken is tender. Green pepper rings can be added with the onion.
