2 eggs
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 lbs. ground beef

Sauce
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 1/4 cup water
2/3 cup vinegar
3 tblsp soya sauce

2 1/2 tblsp cornstarch
3 tblsp water

Directions:

Beat eggs in a bowl. Add bread crumbs, onion, salt, pepper, and ground beef. Mix well. Shape into 40 small balls. Bake on a large baking sheet with edges, in 375 degree oven for 15 to 25 minutes.

For sauce: Mix sugar, first amount of water, vinegar and soya sauce together in medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat stirring occasionally until it boils.
Mix cornstarch with remaining water. Stir into sauce until it boils and thickens. Add meatballs. Simmer to heat through. Can be simmered for about an hour for thicker sauce.
Serve over rice.
