2 pounds lean pork
1 pound venison

For every 10 lbs. of mixed meat:
4 ounces of salt
1ounce of pepper
1/2 ounce of sage

Directions:
Directions:
Mix two pounds lean pork with every pound of venison. For every 10 pounds of mixed meat, evenly sprinkle the following mixture:

$ ounces of salt, one ounce of pepper and 1/2 ounce of sage. Grind the meat twice. Use the course setting first and then the fine setting. Form into patties and freeze. it will keep for several months.
