2 teaspoons white vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons onion juice
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1 cup mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 hard cooked egg, diced
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first 6 ingredients, stir until sugar is dissolved. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Add to salad and toss well.
