6 ears of corn shucked
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. bbq sauce of your choice
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1 tbsp. hot sauce or sriracha optional

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the mayonnaise, bbq sauce, olive oil, salt and pepper. Whip together and apply liberally to each piece of shucked corn.
Place the corn on a grill on low/medium heat turning every 3-4 minutes until the kernels are deep yellow to lightly blackened. - Usually 10-15 minutes.
Remove from the grill and serve.
