3 tazas de harina
2 tazas de azucar
1 cucharadita de sal
1 cucharadita de soda de hornear
1 cucharadita de canela
3 huevos batidos
1 1/2 cucharadita de vainilla
1 (8 onzas) lata de pina triturada (en su jugo)
2 tazas de nueces lisas picadas
2 tazas de guineos picados (como 4 )
Frosting de Crema de Queso
2 paquetes (8 onzas) queso crema suave
1 taza de mantequilla o margarina
un poquito de sal
4 tazas de azucar de reposteria
2 cucharadas de vainilla

Pastel: Mezcle todos los ingredients secos. Anada huevos y aceite; revuelva hasta que quede mojado. Anada la vainilla, pina, guineo, y una taza de nueces picadas. Eche la pasta a cucharadas en una cazuela engrasada 9x13 pulgadas cuadradas o en 3 cazuelas redondas.
Hornear por 30 minutos o hasta que este cocido. Enfrie por 10 minutos o mas antes de frosting.

Frosting: Bata la crema de queso y la mantequilla hasta que se ponga cremosa. Anada la azucar y bata hasta que quede lijera y esponjosa. Anada la vainilla y la sal. Untar frosty entre las capas del pastel. Ponga 1 taza de nueces lisas picadas sobre la capa de arriba del pastel.
