Focaccia Bread
8 oz light cream cheese
about 1 tbsp chopped fresh basil
about 1 tbsp chopped fresh thyme
1 clove minced garlic
thinly sliced turkey
Fresh spinach leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese, basil, thyme, garlic and a touch a milk if needed, to make the mixture more spreadable. Slice bread horizontally and spread mixture on both halves. Layer with spinach, turkey, spinach.
