1 lb butter, softened
1 box confectioner sugar
2 - 7oz Kraft marshmallow fluff
2 - 7oz bags coconut
2 lb bag chocolate discs

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter, sugar & marshmallow, then blend in coconut. Form into shape of eggs and place on wax paper on cookie sheet. Freeze until firm. Melt chocolate in double boiler, while hot dip frozen eggs in chocolate and place on wax paper until firm.

These can be made 2-3 weeks ahead of time, placed in airtight containers separated with waxed paper and placed in the freezer until ready to enjoy.
