2 boxes of frozen spinach, thawed and drained (slit end of plastic bag)
1/2 C mayonnaise
2 lg eggs beaten
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 Tbs onion
2 C sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 C fresh mushrooms optional
Cooked bacon optional
Salt and pepper

Mix together and pour into greased glass dish

Topping:
1/2 stick butter
1/2 C original Progressive bread crumbs
1/3 C real grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix topping ingredients together and lightly brown in pan on top of stove. Then sprinkle on top of casserole covering completely.

Bake in 375 degree oven.
