1 head Nappa cabbage
3 whole chicken breasts
4 green onions
1 8oz. package crispy noodles
4 tsp. sesame seeds
sliced almonds

dressing
1c. peanut oil
6T rice vinegar
4T brown sugar
2T light soy sauce
1 tsp. ground pepper
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:

Poach chicken breasts - set aside, let cool
Mix dressing ingredients in blender - set aside
Slice cabbage width wise
Thinly slice green onions

Combine cooled chicken, green onions, cabbage. Toss with dressing until coated. Add in sesame seeds, almonds and crispy noodles. Toss once more, and serve
