1 lb hamburger
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 pkg dry taco mix
1 1/2 cups milk
3/4 cup Bisquick
3 eggs
2 tomatoes
1 cup shredded cheese

Serve with: Sour Cream
Chopped lettuce

Directions:
Directions:
Cook meat and onion, stir in taco mix. Spread in a greased pie tin. Beat milk, Bisquick & eggs until smooth, pour over meat mixture. Bake 25 mins. at 400º. Take out of oven and sprinkle with cheese and top with tomato slices, then bake an additional 8-10 minutes or more. Cool 5 minutes. Serve with sour cream & chopped lettuce.
