Ingredients:  
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 can water
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
2 T. chopped onion
1 T. dry parsley flakes
1 egg beaten
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix soup and water. Add 1/4 c. of the soup mixture to the hamburger. Also add the onion, bread crumbs, parsley, egg, salt and pepper. Combine well. Make into balls about the size of a golf ball. Brown on all sides in skillet. Pour remainder of soup over the browned meatballs and simmer for about 1/2 hour or more. (I usually use 2 cans of soup and additional water so there is plenty of gravy to have with mashed potatoes.)
