"The tradition of Italian cooking is that of the matriarch. This is the cooking of grandma. She didn't waste time thinking too much about the celery. She got the best celery she could and then she dealt with it."--Mario Batali

1/2 C. low-sugar, low-fat peanut butter
16 raisins
16 twisted pretzels
4 maraschino cherries

Directions:
Directions:
1. Spread 4 slices of bread with peanut butter and top each with another slice of bread to make a sandwich.
2. Cut each sandwich into 4 triangles.
3. Set 4 triangles on each plate (the 4 triangles will make 4 reindeer, so they should have room between them). One corner of each triangle should point toward the side of the plate facing you.
4. Stick 2 raisins near the top (wide) side to make eyes.
5. Place half a cherry at lower corner for nose.
6. Break twisted pretzels in half to make antler shapes and set antlers at each of the top corners.
7. Repeat for all triangles and serve.

Variations: Use any kind of filling you like for sandwiches.
Practical Tip: When breaking pretzels, you'll notice they form a slightly twissted fork. Set three-pronged end up.
