Mike's note: Let me start by saying I was not a meatloaf fan. At all. Deb found this recipe when we were first married (a loooong time ago) in a microwave cook book that came with our first microwave. This is AWESOME meatloaf. I can make a sandwich out of a slice and eat it cold!
