1 paquete (5.25 onzas) de papas Au Gratin
2/3 taza de zanahorias picadas
2/3 taza de apio picado
1 lata (10.5 onzas) de caldo de pollo
1/2 taza de crema gruesa
3 tazas de agu
Directions:
Directions:
Mecle rebanadas de papas, mezcla de salsa de queso, caldo de pollo, agua, zanahorias, y apio en un olla grande. Calientelo hasta hervir, revolviendo de vez en cuando. Baje el fuego, tape la olla, y hierva a fuego lento por 30 minutos o hasta que las papas esten blandas. Retire del fuego. Agrege la crema revolviendola bien. Adorne con peregil si gusta.
