16 oz. your favorite Italian salad dressing
12 oz. tri-color Rotini
2 cups broccoli, small cut
2 cups cauliflower, small cut
1 cup mushrooms, fresh sliced
1 can artichokes (14 oz.)
1 jar pimentos (4 oz.)
4 green onions, diced
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
1 avocado, sliced
10 cherry tomatoes, halved
1/3 cup herbed feta cheese, crumbled
fresh ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare pasta according to package directions. Rinse and drain well. Toss with salad ingredients and 1 1/4 cup dressing. Cover and chill overnight. Before serving, add the remaining dressing.
