2 lb veal cutlets
salt and pepper
1/2 c all purpose flour
1 egg
1/2 c dry bread crumbs
1/4 c oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cut cutlets into serving pieces, salt and pepper to taste then roll them in flour. Beat egg slightly and dip floured cutlets in egg then roll in crumbs. Saute slowly in skillet of hot oil until browned and tender.
