1 Cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips
2 Tablespoons Crisco

1 12oz Jar Peanut Butter, (1 Cup & 2 Tablespoons)
5 Tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
2 Cups Powdered Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, using a wooden spoon, cream together the peanut butter and butter. Gradually add powdered sugar and mix until smooth. Roll into 1 inch balls.

In the top of a double boiler over hot water melt the chocolate chips with the Crisco, stirring until smooth. Transfer the chocolate mixture into a small bowl.

Line a baking sheet with foil. Tilt the bowl of chocolate and dip peanut butter ball into the chocolate using a small fork, submerge until completely covered. Place coated balls on the foil. Continue until all balls are coated.

Place the baking sheet, lined with foil, into the freezer for 15 to 20 minutes, until the chocolate is set and the balls release easily from the foil. Store in an airtight container and refrigerate.
