1 baked pie crust
1 3/4 cups sugar
3 1/2 T. cocoa
3 T. flour
Dash of Salt
1 3/4 cup milk
3 egg yolks + one whole egg
4 T. butter
1 1/2 t. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, cocoa, salt and flour. In a separate bowl mix eggs and milk; add to dry ingredients. Cook in microwave approximately 5-6 minutes on 60% power. Stir and cook about 5-6 minutes more on 50% power. Add butter and vanilla.
Cool 5 minutes. Spoon into pie crust and chill thoroughly. Top slices with cool whip or whipped cream.
