2/3 c. canned milk
1 ½ lbs. ground beef or turkey
½ c. cracker meal
1 Egg
½ c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 ½ tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. Pepper
2 c. grated cheese
1 Whole Loaf French Bread

Directions:
Directions:
-Prepare bread first, by cutting the whole loaf lengthwise in to long portions.
-Using heavy foil, form a BOAT effect around each half of loaf, extending about 1 inch above the edge of top.
-Brown hamburger & onions and drain fat; add all other ingredients except cheese.
-Cool slightly, then gently pile meat filling equally over each half of bread.
-Bake at 350 degree for 25 min.
-Remove from oven and add cheese to top; return to the oven another 5 min, or until cheese is nicely melted.
