1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. natural creamy peanut butter
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 c. shredded carrots
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. honey
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and baking soda. Add remaining ingredients and stir until well blended. Pour into greased 8" round cake pan. Bakr at 350º for 30 mins. Let cool and cut into squares..

If desired- for icing; spread peanut butter on top while still a little warm or puree cottage cheese in blender and spread on top. Decorate with more carrots.
