1 1/4 cups oil
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon cloves
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons soda
2 1/4 cups flour
3 1/2 cups shredded carrots

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oil and sugar together. Add eggs. Combine dry ingredients and add. Stir in carrots. Heat oven to 350º. In a 9x12 cake pan, bake for 40 to 50 minutes. In a bundt cake pan, bake for 39 to 43 minutes. Cupcakes bake for 19 to 23 minutes. Frost with your favorite cream cheese frosting or leave plain.
