6 c. sliced cooking apples peeled; Jonathan, Rome, Granny Smith
2/3 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. cinnamon red hot candies
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. all purpose flour
2 -Pet-Ritz Deep Dish Pie Crusts; keep frozen
An additional 2 tbsp. sugar
Cinnamon

Directions:
-In a large bowl mix together apples, walnuts, cinnamon candies, 1/3 c. sugar and flour
-Pour into one of the frozen pie crusts
-Sprinkle with a little cinnamon
-In a bowl, crumble second frozen pie crust into small pieces; toss with 2 tbsp. sugar
-Lightly press the crumble mixture on the top of apples. If desired, sprinkle with a little more cinnamon on top
-Bake in a pre-heated oven at 375º on a pre-heated baking sheet
-Bake for 55-60 mins or until candies melt and bubble up through the crumbled crust
-Cool before serving
