6-8 Apples peeled and cored and then sliced or quartered
1/2 cup sugar

Topping
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 cup Butter
1 Cup Sugar
1 Egg
3/4 cup Flour
a little milk

Your favorite pie crust
Directions:
Directions:
Line pan with pie crust. Lay apples in crust and sprinkle 1/2 cup sugar over them.

Mix topping ingredients together and pour over apples. Bake at 350 until apples are tender.
