1- 1/2 pounds beef stew meat in small pieces
1 c. sliced celery
1 c. sliced onion
1 lg. can chop suey vegetables
1 8oz. can sliced water chestnuts
1 small can mushrooms
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 T. bead molasses (thick soy sauce and secret to rich flavor)
4 T. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. water
Cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in oil. Add fresh onion and celery, 1T. bead molasses and the water
Pressure cook 20 min. or cook on stove on simmer about 1 hr.
Open pressure cooker and add the chestnuts, canned vegetables and mushrooms.
Mix the soy sauce with cornstarch and add to pot . Heat until thickened
Serve on rice
