500 g skinless boneless chicken breasts cut in thin strips
1 bunch leeks cut in lengthwise strips (white and light green part)
1 clove garlic minced
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 can (19 oz/540 ml) Del Monte Fresh Cut Italian Recipe Stewed Tomatoes
1 can (213 ml) tomato sauce
1 1/2 tsp dried Italian seasoning
2 c Primo Penne cooked and drained

Directions:
Directions:
Saute chicken, leeks and garlic in hot oil in large skillet for 5 min. Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce and Italian seasoning and bring to a boil and simmer about 15 min stirring occasionally until leeks are tender. Serve sauce over hot penne.
