375 g lean beef steak (sirloin, flank or round) cut into thin strips
1/2 c slivered green pepper
1 clove garlic minced
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 can (19 oz/540 ml) Del Monte Fresh cut Original Recipe Stewed Tomatoes
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 c crumbled feta cheese (4 oz/125g)
1/4 c sliced pitted black olives

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef with peppers and garlic in hot oil in large skillet about 2 min and remove from pan. Stir into skillet tomatoes, cornstarch and oregano and bring to boil and simmer 10 min stirring occasionally. Return beef mixture to skillet with feta and olives and heat through. Serve over cooked rice if desired.
