Crust:
1 1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 T milk

Filling:
1/2 cup powdered sugar
4 cups peeled, sliced, ripe peaches
1/3 cup flour

Topping:
3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/3 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. In bowl, blend flour, sugar, salt and oil for crust. Add enough of the 2 T milk to form a soft dough using a fork to blend. Press evenly up sides of a 9 inch pie pan. Flute edge. In same bowl, blend filling ingredients. Spoon into the unbaked pie crust. In another bowl, blend topping ingredients using a pastry blender or fork. Sprinkle over fruit mixture. Bake 40-45 minutes until golden.
