1 1/2 c sugar
3 c warm milk
3 eggs
1 T vanilla
Pinch of cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Add eggs to milk and blend. Add sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg. Pour into either individual custard cups or a 2" deep baking dish. Set cups or baking dish in large pan or bowl, add hot water 1/2 way up dishes. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour in 350º oven or until custard is set.
