8 oz. ziti
1 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined
8 oz. imitation crab meat
1/2 tsp. old bay seasoning
1 14.5 oz. can of chicken broth
1/3 c. chopped onion
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1/4 c. jalapeño pepper, chopped
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. all purpose flour
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. shredded Colby jack cheese
Cilantro for garnish (if desired)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta to your preferred tenderness. Drain and set aside.
Sprinkle the shrimp with old bay seasoning and toss to coat.
Melt butter in large pan, add onion, garlic and jalapeño and cook over medium low heat until tender.
Add the shrimp, imitation crab meat and chicken broth and cook until the shrimp are opaque. Break up the crab meat while the mixture is cooking.
Whisk together the sour cream, pepper and flour. Add to the seafood mixture and mix well. Reduce heat to low and simmer until thickened. Mix in the pasta and then pour the mixture into a 9 inch baking dish. Top with shredded cheese.
Bake for 10 minutes at 350º. Then turn on the broiler and broil until the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
Garnish with cilantro. Yield: 6-8 servings Prep Time: 20 minutes
