2 (25 ml) tbsp. lime or lemon juice
1 tbsp. (15 ml) Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp (2 ml) each dried oregano ground, cumin and ground coriander
1/4 tsp (1 ml)each garlic powder and pepper
1 lb (500 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into 3 (1/2"/8 X 1 cm) strips

Filling
2 tsp (10 ml) vegetable oil
1 medium onion sliced
1 medium sweet green pepper sliced
1 medium sweet red pepper sliced
10 (8"/20 cm) flour tortillas
1 c (250 ml) low-fat plain yogurt
1 c (250 ml) prepared salsa

In bowl combine lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, cumin, coriander, garlic powder and pepper. Add chicken stirring to coat. Marinate for 10 min or up to 1 hour in refrigerator. In large nonstick skillet heat oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken mixture and stir-fry for 2 to 3 min. Add onion and peppers and stir-fry for 3 to 4 min until chicken is no longer pink inside. Warm tortillas. Divide chicken mixture evenly among tortillas and top with yogurt and salsa. Fold up sides.
