4 egg yolks
zest of 2 limes and 1 lemon
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
1 can sweetened condensed milk
graham cracker crust

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together the egg yolks and zest of limes and lemons until the mixture peaks. Beat in can of sweetened condensed milk. Beat in 1/2 cup fresh lime juice. Cover mixture and let stand for 30 minutes. Heat a graham cracker crust (homemade or store bought) in oven at 325º for 8 minutes. Add pie mixture to crust. Cook pie for 18-20 minutes. Let cool and then refrigerate for a few hours.
