2 1/2 cups seasoned croutons
1 lb. sausage roll, cooked
4 eggs
2 1/4 cups milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 package chopped spinach, WELL drained
1 cup shredded sharp cheese
1 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Place croutons on the bottom of a greased 9x13 pan. Add cooked sausage on top of croutons. Mix eggs, milk, cream of mushroom soup, spinach, cheeses and mustard. Pour egg mixture over the top of croutons and sausage and put in to the refrigerator overnight. Next morning, bake at 325º for 50 to 55 minutes.
