Salad:
1/2 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 large head Romaine lettuce, washed and dried (about 16 cups of loose, packed lettuce)
1 pound grape tomatoes or roma tomatoes, coarsely chopped if needed
1 1/2 pounds frozen cheese filled ravioli, cooked and cooled completely
1-2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. dry Ranch dressing mix

Buttermilk Ranch Dressing:
1/2 c. well shaken buttermilk
2 tbsp. sour cream
2 tbsp. mayo
1 tsp. chopped fresh terragon, dill, parsley, and chives (all or a combo)
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 dashes Tobasco or other hot sauce
Coarse sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

Directions:
Prepare dressing: Place all of the dressing ingredients in a jar with lid. Shake until blended well. Refrigerate until ready to serve. When ready to serve, toss the salad ingredients together a bit except bacon. Sprinkle bacon over top and drizzle with fresh Ranch dressing. Serve salad with additional dressing on the side.
