Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
onion powder to taste (optional)
garlic powder to taste (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
5 potatoes (approximately enough to cover bottom of casserole dish)
2 cans creamed corn
2 Tbsp butter or margarine
cheddar cheese, sliced
½ lbs bacon (optional but awesomer)

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and rinse potatoes, chop into approximately ½” cubes, add to large pot, cover in water and boil until soft, approximately 15 - 20 minutes. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. While the potatoes are cooking, brown ground beef, using onion and/or garlic powder to taste if desired, drain. Pour creamed corn into casserole dish, add ground beef and mix together. If you desire bacon (which Derek HIGHLY recommends), you would also cook, crumble, and stir it in with the beef and corn. Drain potatoes and then mix in butter until it is melted. Add salt and pepper to potatoes. If you desire, you can mash the potatoes (Derek does NOT recommend this; he prefers them cubed). Pour potatoes evenly on top of ingredients in casserole dish. Cover evenly with sliced cheese. Put in oven and cook until cheese is melted, approximately 5 to 10 minutes. Eat. Enjoy.
