1 pound ground beef
1 small onion, chopped or onion powder to taste
2 cans kidney beans, rinsed and drained
2 cans diced tomatoes (or 2 cans tomato sauce)
¾ cups salsa (I blend this up because my family doesn’t like veggie chunks)
2 Tsp chili powder
¼ Tsp garlic powder
1 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet, brown ground beef and onion or onion powder. Drain grease and transfer meat to a pot. Add remaining ingredients. You can add salt and pepper and a bit more garlic as desired. Heat through. Serve with corn chips and shredded cheese if y’ant to.
