1/2 stick butter
3/4 cup flour
3 eggs
3/4 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Add butter to pannekoeken pan or pie plate and put in oven. Mix flour, eggs and milk until the batter is fairly smooth like thick cream. Once the butter is melted in the pannekoeken pan, remove from oven and pour batter into center. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon (optional). Bake 20-30 minutes. Pannekoeken will rise during baking and fall quickly when removed from oven so serve immediately with syrup or powdered sugar.
