Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb bacon
1 cup flour
5 chicken breasts
5 large potatoes
10 carrots
1 large onion
1 can Mountain Dew soda
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat dutch oven by setting on bed of coals (If at home, you can use a large frying pan on the stove top).
Chop bacon into 1-inch pieces.
Dice vegetables.
Cut chicken breasts in half lengthwise (So they are thinner).

Fry bacon in dutch oven (or frying pan) until crispy.
Remove bacon from d.o. but leave grease.

Coat chicken breasts in flour.
Cook in bacon grease to brown, about 5 minutes, turning a couple times. DO NOT OVERCOOK (if you do, the chicken will be really dry. Trust me, I’ve done it.)
If you cooked it in a pan then move everything into a dutch oven at this point.

Pour vegetables, bacon, and Mountain Dew on top of chicken.
Cover with lid and cook at 350° for 1 hour with 3/4 of coals on lid (Of if at home you can just cook it in the oven at this temp).

Using tongs or fork, bring chicken breasts so they are resting on top of vegetables.
Sprinkle cheese over the chicken.
Cook an additional 10 to 15 minutes.
