Chopped vegetables of your choice
Cubed meat of your choice (cooked ham,sausage,bacon or etc.)
Cheese of your choice
Salt pepper,or other seasons

Directions:
Crack eggs into a self-locking zip bag, seal the bag and shake it to mix the eggs, add your favorite ingredients. Reseal the bag and shake bag to combine ingredients. Open the bag enough to expel the air. And reseal the bag. Place bag in boiling 13 minutes. Open the bag and the omelet will roll out. Easy. You typically can cook 6 to 8 ounces in a large kettle.
