2 pkg. crescent rolls
2 - 8 oz. cream cheese
1 egg (1 yolk separated )
1 1/2 cup white sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Grease 8x13 pan. Stretch crescent roll dough to fit bottom so pan. Mix cream cheese, sugar and egg yolk; spread on top of the dough. Stretch the second crescent roll dough on top. Beat eggs white until foamy. Spread on the top dough. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup white sugar mixed with cinnamon. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes.
