1 can English Peas
1 can Shoe Peg Corn
1 can French Style Green Beans
7 oz pimentos
1 C bell pepper (green)
1/4 C chopped onion
1 C celery
1 C sugar
3/4 C vinegar
1/2 C vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Drain peas, green beans, and pimentos. Finely chop bell pepper, celery, and onion. Mix sugar, vinegar, and oil in a sauce pan and heat until sugar is dissolved. Cool sauce and pour over vegetables. Mix well and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
